NCA had 31 swimmers in Pleasanton CA competing at Far Westerns, which brings together the best swimmers on the West Coast. Overall it was a very successful meet, NCA placed 8^th overall (up from 34^th place in 2015) and we had many finalist, team records broken, SI records broken and lots of personal best swims. All Coaches are very proud of the way all of the swimmers rose to the challenge of this meet, and we are looking forward to next year!

NCA showed great team spirt and teamwork during this 4-day championship meet. Day 1 was a day of nerves and four 11^th place finishes (only top 10 race in finals). NCA really settled in got tough and finished strong in each of the 8 sessions. Coaches are very proud of all the swimmers that made the qualifying times, and raced with their best attitudes and best efforts.
